Wood Core Product
Panel is manufactured from pressed formed corrosion-resistant galvanized steel with overlap of one-piece top, sides and bottom flange, encapsulating high-performance chip / particle board.
These access floor panels are fully rated to all general-purpose requirements. The design incorporates a unique wrap-around construction which provides total encapsulation of board core. The design also improves panel edge strength and accessibility.

Wood Core Product
The floor panels are based on a 600 mm square module construction around a high chip / particle board which is bottom laminated with galvanized steel foil.
The appropriate surface covering is then laminated to the top surface before being trimmed to fit flush with a polymer edge band that provides protection to the chip / particle board core and surface covering.
Electrical continuity is provided through the panel construction to the steel base and hence to the pedestals.
